Product overview
Milling fabric, also called bolting cloth, is the working surface of every plansifter and purifier sieve. Each passage in a flour mill is designed around a precise aperture: the cloth lets particles below that size through and carries everything larger to the next stream. If apertures are uneven or the cloth stretches, flour is lost to bran, coarse particles slip into finished flour and extraction drops.
