Every passage in a plansifter is designed around a specific aperture. If the cloth's openings vary, fine particles escape to the wrong stream or good flour stays on the sieve. Genuine Sefar Nytal fabric is woven to tight tolerances, so each sieve separates the way the mill flow intends.
